How to Use
A powerful concentrated liquid cleaning supply that penetrates and dissolves oxidized surface coating to bring aluminium and aluminium alloys back to their original factory finish. Cosmos Liquids formulates this liquid detergent with a potent combination of fast-acting acids, emulsifiers, and biodegradable detergents that are 100 percent safe. The liquid detergent is capable of dispersing dirt particles and eliminating or dissolving all pollutants such as corrosion, emulsified oils, and their stains.
Cosmos Aluminium Brightner is simple to use and spreads evenly across the alloy's surface. It can be used anyplace, and it is unaffected by simple alkaline products. Because of the way this Aluminium Brightner is made, it can be used on stainless steel tankers before being alkaline washed.
It is not recommended to use any type of glass/mirror.
How to Use Aluminium Brightener
- Add 100ml of this product to 1 Ltr. Water in a clean bucket or foam gun.
- Rinse the Vehicle thoroughly to remove any grit that could scratch the paint surface.
- Apply Clouted solution onto a vehicle by washing mitt/sponge or foam gun.
- Scrub and wash using appropriate brushes and sponges if require.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry using a dean, soft, cloth, or chamois.
Note:
HF may react with steel, forming iron fluorides. During storage tank cleaning, iron fluoride particles may be released which, if inhaled, may cause lung damage. The iron fluoride scale reacts with water to produce HF, which may cause delayed burns when skin or eye contact occurs.

First Aid Solutions
For mild to moderate burns; Ingestion (more than 8 square inches) and extensive Inhalation exposure, serious systemic effects may ensue, and admission to a critical care unit may be considered. Hypocalcemia, Cardiac Arrhythmias, Hypomagnesemia, and Hyperkalemia should all be monitored and corrected. Renal Dialysis may be necessary for some instances.
Inhalation
Treat as though it were a case of chemical Pneumonia. Monitor for Hypocalcemia; nebulizing 2.5 percent calcium gluconate in normal saline or IPPB with 100% oxygen may help to reduce pulmonary damage. Bronchodilators may be used in this situation.
Skin Contact:
For deep stun bums or contact with a concentrated HF solution (above 50%). Consider a 5% calcium gluconate infiltration around the afflicted area (equal parts of 10 percent calcium gluconate and sterile saline for injection). Splitting the nail and applying calcium gluconate to the exposed nail bed may be required to treat bums beneath the nail.
Intra-artenal calcium gluconate may be appropriate for certain burns, particularly those involving the digits.
Eye Contact:
The use of a Morgan lens or other ocular imitator with a 1 percent aqueous calcium gluconate solution can help with irrigation (150ml of calcium gluconate 10% in 500 ml normal saline)
